Licensing School Details:

• Tuition reimbursement program available (ask for details)
• In-person or virtual
• 6 week course
• Meeting for 4 hours per week
• Denver area start date 1/25/2023 – every Wednesday
• Colorado Springs area start date 1/24/2023 – every Tuesday

Qualifications for the Real Estate Agent:

• Must have an active real estate license or willingness to obtain
• Sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and networking skills

Responsibilities for the Real Estate Agent:

• Grow and nurture a database
• Consistent lead follow-up
• Create real estate contracts and disclosures
• maintain files
• Manage real estate transactions
• Become knowledgeable about the market conditions and statistics
• Hold open houses
• Go on appointments with homeowners to discuss the sale of their home
• Go on appointments with homebuyers to determine the type of home they are looking for
